DECISION MAKING DAY (What decisions do you have to make?)-
You know it eventually had to come to this. You have to make a decision. Some of the decisionsthat you have been putting off are:
Do you keep putting yourself down over past relationships?
Do you end some of your friendships or relationships with people?
Do you follow your passion and dream and start that business?
Do you finally stop that bad habit you are use to doing?
Do you start going to church?
Do you finally start that exerciseproblem.
Do you starting writing that book you said you've always wanted to do?
Whatever your decision you have to make in your life, make that decision today.
Stop putting it off because it is not bringing you any closer to the enjoyment of life you want for yourself.
I DON'T GET THIS
I was at the supermarket earlierand this couple (around 25) withtheir 2 kids (about 5 and 8) at the counter getting ready to get their groceries rang up. Mind you the cart is full to capacity with food. The guy is behind the cart leaning over it as if he is pushing the cart and the woman is in front of the cart. The woman started taking things out the cart and putting it on the counter. The whole time she wasthe one doing it and the whole time he's still behind and leaningon the cart talking to the kids which are right beside the cart. He never moved to help her not once to hand every not even 1 item. That's my first issue.
Now the cashier is ringing up thefood, bagging it and putting it towards the front of her area. First you would think that the guy would at least push the cart to the front where all the 10 bags of groceries are now sittingbut again he DOES NOTHING. After everything has been paid for the cashier started helping take the bags from her front area and bringing it around to help the other lady put everything back in the cart. Where is this guy that looks to be 25, husky and looks strong enough to handle all the bags by himself? Everyone together nowanswer. STILL BEHIND THE CART.
Please somebody what is wrong with this picture? By the way, the groceries came to $205.80

DON'T MAKE DECISIONS WHEN YOU ARE MAD
Every relationship is going to have its share of problems, disagreements and arguments, but no matter how bad it gets, DO NOT make decisions when you are in the midst of being mad. You are not thinking straight. All you see is the red inyour eyes and the hurt and pain you may be going through at that moment. Wait till you calm down and you have a chance to either talk to someone or just pray about the situation.
Once you are now thinking straight, then you can make a wise decision based on thought and facts, not because you were mad. Always remember, many decisions that have been made by people when they were mad have resulted in 10 times more pain and regret than the situation that got them mad in the first place. Don't be one of them.
DON'T START SOMETHING YOU CAN'T FINISH
In the beginning of any relationship, normally it's all about impressing the other person with all the things you can and would do for them, but if you know that this is something you can't keep up then don't start it. I tell men all the time, if they are bringing a woman flowers every 2 weeks whenyou get paid, believe when I tell you, she is going to get used to it and be expecting you to continue. Stopping will only cause problems andthe relationship will eventually change and soon the relationship will be over. So don't start something youcan't finish.
A relationship is supposed tomake you happy, not sad. If you find yourself questioningever y move your partner is making, you reallyneed to evaluate what you have. You can't keep wondering day in and day out what is going on here or going on there. Talk to your partner. If you are not good verbally, write it down and give it to them. In some way it has to be discussed or before you realize it, you're making yourself sick and things will only get worse. Talk to themand talk to them now so youcan stop feeling the way youdo.

A Jamaican went hunting one day
in Georgia & bagged three ducks.
He put them in his pickup & was
about 2 drive home when he was
confronted by a game warden
who didn't like Jamaicans. The
game warden ordered him 2 show
his hunting license, & d Jamaican
pulled out a valid Georgia hunting
license. The game warden looked
at d license, then reached over &
picked up one of d ducks, sniffed
its butt, & said, "This duck ain't
from Georgia. This is a Alabama
duck. You got a Alabama huntin'
license, boy?" The Jamaican
reached into his wallet & produced
an Alabama hunting license.... The
game warden looked at it, then
reached over & grabbed d second
duck, sniffed its butt & said "This
ain't no Georgia duck. This duck's
from Florida.. You got a Florida
license?" The Jamaican reached
into wallet & produced a Florida
hunting license. The warden then
reached over & picked up d third
duck, sniffed its butt, & said, "This
ain't no Georgia duck. This here
duck's from North Carolina. You
got a North Carolina huntin'
license?" Again d Jamaican reached
into his wallet & brought out a
North Carolina hunting license. The
game warden was extremely
frustrated at this point, & he yelled
at d Jamaican"Just where d hell are
you from???!!!" The Jamaican
turned around, dropped his pants,
bent over & said, "You tell me,
you're d expert."

When I say, Bell two, you jump on
d bed. When I say, Bell three, we
gonna make love all tru d night
girl." The next night, he came
home and shouted, "Bell One" and
the wife stripped naked! "Bell
Two" and she jumped on the bed!
"Bell Three" and they started to
make love! After a few minutes, the
wife yelled out, "Bell Four !!!!"

RAHA YA MAPENZI KUGOMBANA |
| MOJA ya hulka ya mwanadamu ni kutopenda amani na utulivu uliovuka
mipaka. Hulka hii mwanadamu huianza tokea akiwa mtoto ndiyo maana
unaweza kuona mtoto anahangaika mgongoni huku akiwa yuko kwenye
mebeleko ya mama yake. Si kwamba mtoto anahangaika kwa vile ana hofu ya kuanguka kutoka kwenye mgongo wa aliyembebea, la hasha, bali huwa amechoka na amani iliyopitiliza. Akiwa mgongoni pale anakuwa yuko salama, ana kinga kamili kutoka kwa amtu aliyembeba, lakini bado hakubali atanyoosha mikono, atatoa miguu na kujirusha kama vile hafurahii kitendo cha kubebwa. Mtoto anapokuwa katika mazingira haya sio kwamba hafurahii kubebwa wala si kuwa anatimiza ule msemo usemao "abebwaye hujikaza", hapana, bali hufanya hivyo katika kudhihirisha tu ile hulka ya mwanadamu kuwa huchoshwa hata na amani. Ziko hata nchi ambazo huchokonoa hiki na kile na hatimaye kusababisha machafuko wakati kulikuwa na amani ya kutosha na kulikuwa hakuna hoja ya msingi ya kuwepo madai yoyote yale. Hata kwenye uwanja wa mapenzi hali haiko tofauti. Ndiyo maana unaweza ukawaona watu wanaachana huku watu wengine wakishangaa kwa vile walikuwa wanawaona wana mapenzi mazito. Hali hiyo inatokana na watu hao kuchoshwa na amani, kwa hiyo wanatafuta kila njia ili uwepo mgongano kati yao. Bendi maarufu ya muziki wa dansi ya DDC Mlimani Park inayopiga mtindo wa Sikinde iliwahi kutoa wimbo mmoja ambao ulikuwa unazungumza juu ya wanandoa wanapogombana. Katika wimbo huo inaelezwa kuwa mwanaume anakuwa mkorofi na anapokosana na mkewe na kurudi kwao anakwenda kutafuta suluhu. Sikinde wanaeleza kwamba mwanaume huyo ambaye walimpa jina la "Chuma ulete" akiambiwa aangukie anatoa fedha nyingi kuliko mahari aliyotoa. Ni ukweli usiobishika kwamba wako watu wa namna hii ambao wakigombana na wapenzi wao hulazimishwa kuangukia. Wako wanaotoa fedha, nguo, ng'ombe, mbuzi na vinywaji. Hawa akina chuma ulete huwezi kuwalaumu hata kidogo kwani ndiyo hulka ya mwanadamu au ndio msingi wa maisha kuwa hakuwezi kuwa na utulivu na amani kupita kiasi. Ndiyo maana hata maji kwenye mtungi hubumburika bila hata ya kuguswa na mtu au vyombo kwenye kabati hugongana bila ya kuwepo kwa mkono wa mtu. Pamoja na kwamba ni vigumu kuwa na mapenzi yasiyoingiwa na migogoro hata kidogo; vinginevyo labda muwe munadanganyana kama wacheza sinema hivi, ni vizuri kujaribu kuipunguza kwa kadri inavyowezekana. Lakini jambo la msingi zaidi inapotokea mgongano kati ya wapenzi ni kuhakikisha kwamba msiwe miamba wote wawili. Kila mmoja asijifanye kifaru na kutaka kuoneshana umwamba na mwenzake, hapo hamutafanikiwa na mapenzi yenu yanaweza kukatika huku munapendana. Unapotokea ugomvi baina ya wapenzi si kwamba hawapendani tena au kuna mmoja kapata mwingine au anamchukia mwenzake, la hasha ni hali ileile tu ya kuwepo mikwaruzano ili maisha yawepo. Kwa hiyo kinachotakiwa kutokea iwapo mgongano unazuka baina ya wawili wapendanao ni kwa mmoja kuwahi kuomba radhi na mwingine kuikubali hiyo rahi aliyoombwa bila ya kuweka masharti yoyote ya |
